DAS Offers Exclusive Repair Solution For Forward Fuel Tank Leaks

Attention G200 Operators

The forward fuel tank (PN# 4AS3621130-501) on the G200 aircraft has increasingly been found to exhibit possible corrosion and sealant loss around the lower attachment angle of the tank. If left unaddressed, this can lead to a serious fuel leak.

G200 operators now have an option for repairs exclusively from DAS to address this issue. Dallas Aeronautical Services (DAS), has a process to replace the entire attachment angle with new material and properly re-seal the mating surfaces. Any other items such as cracked attachment hardware and/or cracked spot welds can be easily repaired by the team of experts at DAS.

Once repairs are completed, the tank surface is retreated and primed via approved processes. Upon completion, the tank is then pressure tested per the DAS standards and returned to like-new condition, ready to re-install.

The repair costs are much less than replacement (If available) and can be completed in as little as one week. For more information on this exclusive repair or any other G200 capabilities, please contact DAS Sales at 972-723-3164 or via email at Sales@dasaviation.com today.
