Mike Ward

MIKE WARD

VICE PRESIDENT SALES, PARTS & COMPONENT REPAIR

Mike brings over 27 years of aviation experience the DAS team. Previously Mike recently served as Senior General Manager, Aftermarket MRO operations at Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, Kansas. Mike’s career leadership roles include DIR/GM for Hawker Beechcraft Services and Textron Aviation Service, MRO Service Center at Houston Hobby in Houston, Texas. His career includes VIP wide body interior modifications and engineering for Heads of State and political leadership aircraft operators.

Over a six-year period, Mike also served as President of Appearance Group Inc., one of the largest aircraft detailing organizations in the USA. Mike is an instrument-rated private pilot and aircraft owner with over 3000 logged flight hours.

Terry Cooper

GENERAL MANAGER

Mr. Cooper brings more than 30 years of aviation knowledge to DAS.

His experience ranges from working with bonded structures and sheet metal assemblies, to quality control, both in the corporate and commercial markets. Mr. Cooper’s experience includes the quality control oversight of commercial aircraft repair to operators including Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and other recognized carriers. Mr. Cooper’s extensive background in project scheduling and forecasting management directly supports our focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Stacy Crain

STACY CRAIN

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY

Mr. Crain has been an aviation industry specialist since 1992, with formal training at the Aerospace Maintenance School of Technology. He specializes in metal to metal bonding, structural, mechanical precision parts and quality management. As an original member of the DAS team, Mr. Crain has been integral in the growth and reputation of the company.

Mr. Crain’s background includes hands-on and supervisory roles with HAC, Chromalloy and other structural aircraft repair stations. Mr. Crain’s mission is to uphold strict quality standards as expected by DAS clientele. His role includes FAA requirement adherence, OEM customer and case audits, which he accomplishes through the company’s employee-oriented culture.
